My name is Mi Salgado, a self-taught visual artist based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My work is a celebration, a mix of the traditional and the unexpected, inspired by my culture and the deep appreciation for nature, flora and fauna. In parts intertwining with my Mexican heritage and the vibrant community in which I live.  

From the intricate details of wood-burning to the bold strokes of murals, each creation showcases my mastery of different techniques and experimentation. By seamlessly blending elements with my vision, I create work that not only captivates the eye but also resonates with the soul.
